The 2009 National Science Graduate Research Fellowship Opens in August
The National Science Foundation's Graduate Research Fellowship Program is the largest fellowship program in the nation that funds graduate research in the science and engineering fields.
Dr. Hochreiter, 1941-2008, professor of mechanical and nuclear engineering at Penn State University, died after collapsing in class Wednesday, September 3. He was teaching reactor engineering to graduate students at the time.
